The Audi eTron and Porshce Taycan Cross Turismo has been on the market in the USA for some time now and with several customers praising their high-quality, tailored Skiguard roof box we are confident we have found the recipe to match these cool new modern-day performance EVs! The Skiguard 830 and 860 Sport and Touring model are excellent options for the Taycan Cross Turimsmo and eTron, respectivly. With very little negative impact on the mile range, a Skiguard is a sure winner.
eTron customers in the USA are reporting 4% reduction in range when driving at 60mph with the Skiguard 860 Touring on the roof. In comparison, the same car with a leading ABS plastic roof box installed reduced the range by 10-12%. Not only are eTron owners maximizing the range of the EV, they are also reporting little to no wind noise and much higher ride quality than with other competing cargo boxes installed. The Taycan Cross Turismo with the 830 Sport is reporting 5-7% range reduction for speeds up 75mph without noticeable wind noise!
